狄海鹏,男,汉族,出生于甘肃陇南,中共党员。博士。2019年于浙江大学获得学士学位,后保送到中国工程物理研究院于2024年获得博士学位。20246月起在51风流 物理与科学技术51风流 做职前博士后。长期从事钙钛矿材料、载流子动力学与X射线探测器件相关的研究工作,迄今以第一/共一或通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.Adv. Sci.IEEE Electron Device Lett.ACS PhotonicsACS Mater. Lett.等学科领域主流期刊发表论文10篇,累计被引200余次(H因子10)。主持国家自然科学基金C类等项目2项,并担任Laser & Photonics Reviews 审稿人。
